大学英语跨文化交际能力培养体系研究与实践 被引量:50

摘要 随着全球化的深入和信息技术的广泛运用,国际交往对人才培养提出了更高的要求。国家教育改革也对大学英语教学改革提出了新的要求。本文结合笔者所在大学在跨文化交际能力培养方面的实践,对大学英语教学体系进行了实践性研究,提出了大学英语跨文化交际能力培养四大目标:语言能力、思维能力、行为能力和社会性发展能力。并据此构建了新的大学英语培养体系:培养目标、教学理念与教师主体、培养方法和手段、教学环境。在这四部分中,第一部分是行动依据和指南,第二部分是关键和保障,第三部分是实现目标的方法,第四部分是外在环境。四者之间互为关联,构成一个完整的体系。 With the development of globalization and the massive application of information technology,there is a high demand for international communication skills.China's national education reform has also put forward new requirements for such skills.The author conducted a study on college English teaching system,focusing on the practice in growing students' intercultural communication competence in higher education.The study leads to the identification of four major objectives on the cultivation of intercultural communication competence: language ability,thinking ability,capacity,and social development ability.A new system for college English education should be built on these objectives and it has four components: 1) goals of competence training,2) teaching approaches and teacher's subjectivity,3) training approaches and assessment,and 4) the teaching environment.Among the four parts,component one is the foundation of the system.Component two is the crucial goal enabler.Component three is the method and component four is the external environment for the achievement of these goals and objectives.These four components are tightly interconnected,forming a holistic teaching system.
