18例肺硬化性血管瘤患者MSCT征象分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的提高肺硬化性血管瘤(PSH)的影像学诊断水平。方法回顾性分析18例经活检或手术病理证实为PSH患者的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现。结果 MSCT平扫示17例为单发病灶,1例为多发(3个病灶),共20个病灶。20个病灶中结节13个,肿块7个;肿瘤最大径0.9～3.6(2.3±0.9)cm。病灶均呈类圆形或椭圆形,边缘光滑,4个伴钙化,2个可见"空气新月征",6个呈磨玻璃密度结节;11例行增强扫描后病灶显著均匀强化,2个可见"贴边血管征",3个伴"尾征"。结论 PSH典型MSCT征象为肺内孤立性肿块或结节,边界清晰,密度均匀、边缘光滑、强化明显,与周围血管关系密切,可伴有钙化。增强扫描有助于本病的诊断及鉴别诊断。
