扶正透邪方体外干预多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌研究

Study on the bacteriostasis of multidrug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa by Fuzhen Touxie Decoction in vitro

目的探讨扶正透邪方提取物及其组分和含药血清对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑制作用。方法运用二倍稀释法检测扶正透邪方提取物、提取物纯化组分(粗多糖、精多糖、皂苷、酚酸+香豆素、黄酮+蒽醌)及给予大鼠1/2等效剂量、等效剂量、2倍等效剂量、8倍等效剂量提取物灌胃后所得含药血清的体外抑菌情况。结果扶正透邪方提取物、提取物纯化组分中的皂苷具有较好的体外杀菌作用,其余组分在此次实验所用浓度下没有抑菌作用;给予大鼠2倍等效剂量和8倍等效剂量扶正透邪方提取物灌胃后所得的含药血清具有较好的体外抑菌作用。结论扶正透邪方提取物及其部分组分和含药血清具有体外抑菌作用,并能影响多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性,为其干预多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的进一步研究提供了实验依据。

Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa by Fuzheng Touxie Decoction,Component and Decoction-containing serum in vitro.Methods The antibacterial situation in vitro of Fuzheng Touxie Decoction,Component and different concentration of Decoction-containing serum by double dilution.Results Fuzheng Touxie Decoction,saponins component and high concentration of Decoction-containing serum had significant effect of bacteriostasis on PA,others had no effect of bacteriostasis and cooperation with antibiotics on multidrug resistant PA,there had obvious differences among them.Conclusions The bacteriostasis of Fuzheng Touxie Decoction,Component and Decoction-containing serum and the effect on reducing content of antibiotics MIC and MBC had provided experiment evidences on the further research.
