离子液体双水相体系[Bmim]BF_4/(NH_4)_2SO_4形成因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立了亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bmim]BF4)和(NH4)2SO4形成的双水相体系。研究了盐及盐的浓度、离子液体的浓度和溶液酸度对该体系的影响。结果表明,(NH4)2SO4和NaH2PO4都能与[Bmim]BF4形成好的双水相体系,盐的种类和浓度对体系的形成影响很大;在pH=5~9时,溶液酸度对体系的相比影响较小;使用后的离子液体经过简单处理后可重复使用。 Aqueous two-phase system(ATPS)was formed by water-soluble ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole terafluoroborate BF4 and phase-forming salt(NH4)2SO4 at room temperature.The effect of ionic liquid concentration,salt and solution pH value on system was investigated.The results indicated that concentration of ionic liquid and salt had strong effect on the formation of two-phase.When pH value was about 5~9,the effect on the formation of two-phase was little.The used ionic liquid can be reused after treatment.
