摘要
以固体氢氧化铝和磷酸二氢铵为原料,用固相法合成三聚磷酸铝。考察了n(NH4H2PO4)/n[Al(OH)3]、反应温度、反应时间、缩合温度及缩合时间对三聚磷酸铝含量的影响。结果表明,固相法合成的最佳合成工艺参数为:n(NH4H2PO4)/n[Al(OH)3]为3.5,反应温度为200℃,反应时间为5 h,缩合温度为350℃,缩合时间为8 h。在最佳条件下制得的三聚磷酸铝含量为83.67%。
With solid aluminum hydroxide and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as raw materials,aluminum tripolyphosphate was synthesized by solid-phase reaction.The effect of the molar ratio of NH4H2PO4 to Al(OH)3,reaction temperature,reaction time,condensation temperature and condensation time on the content of aluminum tripolyphosphate were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions by solid-phase reaction were obtained as follows:the molar ratio of NH4H2PO4 to Al(OH)3 3.5,reaction temperature 200 ℃,reaction time 5 h,condensation temperature 350 ℃,condensation time 8 h.The content of aluminum tripolyphosphate was 83.67% under the optimum conditions.
