摘要
大学的商业化是较为普遍的现象,目前已经渗透到我国高校的各个领域。真维斯楼现象的产生可归因于市场经济影响、文化以及企业发展的需要,具有时代的必然性。它之所以备受争议,主要是因为该商业化行为超越了公众的承受度和政策的约束力,背离了大学的核心价值。过度的商业化行为危害了高等学校的学术独立精神、文化的传承创新以及教师职业道德和人才培养的目标。大学的商业化应突出学术主导性,用制度和管理规范商业化行为,促进人文精神和商业文化的融合,进而维护大学的尊严和道义。
The commercialization of university is a very common phenomenon and commercial behavior has penetrated into every field of colleges and universities in China. Jeanwest Building Phenomenon is attributed to the influence of market economy, culture and the needs of enterprise development, and it certainty matches the times. It is controversial mainly because commercial behavior is beyond public tolerance and the policy constraints and is deviated from the university's core values. Excessive commercialization acts against the academic independence, cultural inheritance and innovation as well as the teacher occupation morality and talent cultivation goal. University commercialization should thus highlight the academic dominance and standardized management of commercial behavior with system, promote humanities spirit and business culture, and maintain the university's dignity and moral.
