摘要
高校用人机制的制度设计和高校用人的柔性管理,是《劳动合同法》背景下高校用人机制良性运行的关键环节。其中,智力引进、人事分配、绩效考核与薪酬设计是制度设计的关键,文化塑型、弹性管理、以教授治校为主的多元决策是实现途径。总之,合理的制度以及动态、协同管理是《劳动合同法》背景下高校用人机制良性有效运行的选择。
The design of employment mechanism and the flexible management in university are the key to the healthy employment mechanism against the Labor Contract Law of the PRC. Thus, talent introduction, personnel allocation, performance appraisal and compensation system design are the key to the design, and culture shaping, flexible management, multiple decision-making by Faculty Governance are the approach to application of the design. In short, rational system, as well as dynamic, collaborative management is the choice of effective operation of university employment mechanism against the Labor Contract Law.
