摘要 高校人事档案研究是高校人事管理改革的基础和前提。但从二十年来这一领域的研究成果看,不论是发表时段和刊物分布,还是研究主题和作者的地区分布,都呈现出一定的不平衡性。因此,提高人们对高校人事档案研究的认识,培养核心研究群体,促进人事档案管理工作健康有序地开展,是新形势下人事档案研究的重要课题。 Research into the personnel files at college and universities is the basis and prerequisite of reform in personnel administrations at colleges and universities, however, judging from the research results in the field in the past two decades, there exists some imbalance not only in the period of time and variety of journals but also in the topics of research and the areas of the authors. Hence the important research topics in the new period should include increasing people's awareness of the personnel file research, cultivating the core research community, and promoting the healthy and orderly development of personnel file administrations.
