奥硝唑加地塞米松预防智齿拔除术后不良反应的作用

The Prevention Effecs of Ornidazole and Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Adverse Reaction after Extraction of Wisdom Tooth

目的:观察奥硝唑局部填塞联合地塞米松局部注射预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后不良反应的临床效果。方法:将120例下颌智齿阻生的患者随机分实验组和对照组,每组60例。智齿拔除术后,实验组在拔牙创内填塞奥硝唑明胶海绵,同时局部注射地塞米松,而对照组仅在拔牙创内填塞明胶海绵。2d后复诊观察肿胀、疼痛及张口受限情况。结果:比较对照组,在智齿拔除术后,实验组术后不良反应发生率明显较低,两组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:下颌阻生智齿拔除术后,在拔牙创内预防性填塞奥硝唑明胶海绵,同时局部注射地塞米松,能明显减少术后不良反应的发生率。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of local plugged ornidazole and injected dexamethasone in the treatment of adverse reaction after extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth.Methods：120 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom tooth were randomly divided into two groups：the research group and the control group,60 patients per group.After extraction,the research group were plugged ornidazole gelatin sponge in teeth extraction wound and injected dexamethasone locally,while the control group were only plugged gelatin sponge in teeth extraction wound.To observe engorgement,pain and restriction of mouth opening after 2 days.Results：Compared with the control group,the total rate of adverse reaction of the research group was greatly lower,two groups had a statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：After extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth,precautionary filling with Ornidazole gelatin sponge in teeth extraction wound and injecting dexamethasone locally can significantly reduce the rate of adverse reactions.
