妊娠高血压疾病早期干预效果观察

The effect of early intervention on gestational hypertension

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病的早期干预的临床效果。方法:选择2005年1月至2010年5月定期产检并预约分娩的妊娠期高血压患者220例,其中2005年1月至2007年6月为未行早期干预组;2007年7月至2010年5月为行早期干预组,包括孕产期健康宣教、心理指导、药物干预等。结果:妊娠期高血压患者早期干预组的早产、产后出血、剖宫产、胎儿窘迫的发生率均低于未干预组(P<0.05～P<0.01)。结论:早期干预可以减少妊娠期高血压所致的产科并发症,有助于改善妊娠结局,降低围产期母儿发病率,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of early intervention on gestational hypertension.Methods：The patients with gestational hypertension regularly for check-ups and deliveries from 2005 January to May 2010 in our hospital were chosen.The cases from January 2005 to June 2007 were not treated with early intervention,and the cases in July 2007 to May 2010 were treated with early intervention group,including maternal health education,psychological guidance,drug intervention and so on.Results：The rates of premature labor,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,fetal distress,in early intervention group were significantly lower than in non intervention group（P0.05-P0.01）.Conclusions：Early intervention can reduce high blood pressure induced obstetric complications during pregnancy,help to improve pregnancy outcomes,reduce complication incidence of perinatal mother and child,which is worthy of promotion.
