产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌耐药性的检测进展 被引量:5

摘要 自40年代β-内酰胺类抗生素——青霉素首次被发现并在临床应用以来,β-内酰胺类抗生素家族不断发展和壮大。β-内酰胺类抗生素在临床上的广泛应用,有效控制了细菌感染性疾病对人类生命的威胁。但随其广泛应用,致病菌不断更新其耐药本领,以求"适者生存",产生的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended—spectrum β-1actamases,ESBLs)已成为重要的广谱耐药介质引起全球关注。本文就ESBLs细菌耐药性的检测进展作一综述。
