摘要
研究了一种具有高压隔离性能的多路输出驱动电源。利用全桥串联谐振在桥臂间形成电流型交流母线,配合高压电缆线、光纤传输实现高压隔离性能。利用磁环数目的增减可以灵活控制驱动电源输出路数。分析了该电源的适用环境、结构及其特点,分析了部分参数对驱动电源输出电压的影响并进行了仿真,验证了该驱动电源配合IGBT运用在轻型高压直流输电中的可行性。最后,制作了一台125 W/2.5 A的样机,进行了实验验证。实验证明,该驱动电源结构、控制简单,可以实现软开关,符合多路输出以及高压隔离中驱动的要求。
A multi-output drive power supply for high-voltage insulation is presented.The system is based on the con- cept of series AC bus between the two bridge arms of the full-bridge and employs high tension cable and optical fi- bre as insulation media to achieve excellent high-voltage insulation performance.Increasing or decreasing the number of the magnetic ring can control the number of the drive power's outputs flexibly.Firstly,the whole system structure and its characteristics, application environment are shown and described.Secondly, some parameters on the output volt- age of drive power are analyzed and simulated to verify the feasibility of the drive power cooperated with the IGBT used in the light HVDC.Finally,a prototype of 125 W/2.5 A output is built to verify the theoretical analyses.The ex- perimental result shows that the drive power supply is of simple structure and control, reaches soft switch, and can be used as drive power supply for multi-output and high-voltage insulation environments.
