摘要
以电压型三电平逆变器为例,分析了基于电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)三电平逆变器的死区效应及窄脉冲对三电平逆变电路的影响,给出了一种根据输出电流极性修改触发脉冲,从而达到死区时间补偿的方法。在最小脉宽处理区域,通过重新确定起始矢量处理方法避免窄脉冲。仿真和实验结果验证了理论的可行性。
Taking the voltage type three-level inverter as an example,the dead time and narrow pulse effect of the throe-level inverter based on the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) are analyzed and a way recomposing the driving pulse according to the phase of current for the dead time compensation is provided.In the region of nar- row pulse,the beginning vector is rehandled to avoid the narrow pulse.The Matlab simulation and experimental results prove the feasibility of the theory.
