摘要
针对目前普遍采用的火焰加热式热处理设备温度控制精度低的缺点,设计了一种适合于制动梁加热的中频电源。该方案以DSP为控制核心,采用模糊PID温度控制策略,增强了系统对负载参数变化和外部干扰的适应性,有效提高了温度控制精度。分析了加热电源的结构和原理,并对控制电路和控制方法进行了设计。通过实验对该系统的性能进行了验证,结果表明,该系统提高了制动梁热处理温度控制精度,能够满足工业生产要求,可用于对现有制动梁热处理系统进行改造。
Due to the low temperature control accuracy in current flame heating type brake beam heat treatment sys- tem, we design a medium frequency power supply suitable for brake beam heat treatment.This project using DSP as the cybernetion core and adopting fuzzy-PID control strategy, enhance the adaption for the parameter change and exter- nal interference, effectively improve the temperature control precision.The structure and the control strategy of the sys- tem are analyzed and the control circuit and the control strategy are designed.The performance of the system is verified through experiments, the experimental results show the system improves the temperature control precision, satisfies the need of industrial manufacture, and can also be used to reform the current brake beam heat treatment system.
