摘要
针对以往电负载系统功率小、自动化程度不高的问题,提出了基于虚拟仪器的蒸发式电负载系统设计。整个系统由控制子系统、补排水子系统、负载子系统和换热子系统组成,上位机以LabWin-dows/CVI虚拟仪器技术实现人机交互、控制和通信,下位机由PLC完成控制指令接收和执行。
Old electrical systems have such problems like low load or low automation. Desig- ning proposal of virtual instruments is forwarded for electrical loading uploading and emergency con- trol. The whole system is a combination of sub- control system, makes up water draining water sub - system, load sub - system, heat exchange sub - system. The control sub - system of upper comput- er adopting LabWindows/CVI virtual instruments technology to develop human - machine interface, communication and control. Lower computer, of which the receiving and carry - on control instruc- tion is processed by PLC.
