摘要
利用湘杂棉15号的父母本,通过不同时间去雄相同时间授粉和相同时间去雄不同时间授粉两种处理,对其杂交成铃率等性状进行分析研究,结果表明:在相同时间授粉不同时间去雄的条件下,成铃率和衣分最高的去雄时间是18:30~19:30;在相同时间去雄不同时间授粉的条件下,成铃率最高的授粉时间是8:00~9:00,且随着授粉时间的推迟,成铃率逐渐降低。
Using the parent lines of the Xiangzamian 15, the effects of the time of castration and pollination on hybrid boll retention of cotton were studied in Hunan province. Results indicated that, under the condition of same pollination time, the boll retention and lint yield were the highest when castrated at 18:30 - 19:30 pm; and that, under the condition of same castration time, the boll retention was the highest when pollinated at 8 : 00 - 9 : 00 am, and then, with the pollination time delay, boll retention decreased gradually.
