摘要
振荡-阻塞变换器(RCC)是一种自激振荡式反激变换器,无需专门的芯片控制,电路结构简单、可靠性高、成本低、体积小,满足焊机电源在恶劣环境下工作的要求,因此RCC是逆变焊机电源非常理想的辅助电源。在此对MOSFET型RCC工作原理进行了分析,给出了详细的工作模态分析及主要参数设计过程,制作了220 V交流额定输入的小功率原理样机,并进行了实验验证。
Ring choke converter(RCC) is a self-osciUating flyback converter.It can works without special control IC and has the characteristics of simple ciruit, high reliability, cost-sensitive and small volum.So it's a rather ideal aux- iliary power source in inverter welding which can satisfy meet the requirement of working in harsh environment.MOS- FET type RCC is analyzed and it's detail work mode and parameters are given.At last, a small power RCC with 220 V AC input source is developed in order to orove correctness of the analysis and design.
