摘要 飞机座椅电源是为了满足机上乘客电子设备用电需求而设计的。飞机座椅电源产品的研制对设备的国产化,安装成本的降低等方面都有重要意义。在此参照DO-160F,Boeing D6-44588以及Airbus ABD0100等相关电磁测试要求,设计了一款飞机座椅电源,采用特定消谐脉宽调制(SHE-PWM)技术,实现了115 V/400 Hz航空电至110 V/60 Hz交流电的转换,能够满足机上旅客个人电子设备的用电需求。试验运行结果表明,该电源性能稳定可靠,输出电能谐波特性良好,总谐波畸变率为3.31%,符合航空用电要求。 Aircraft in-seat power supply is designed to meet the needs of passengers using electronic devices.The success of the design has a significant meaning for the localization of the equipment and reduction of installation cost. Referring to DO-160F, Boeing D6-44588, Airbus ABD0100 and other related electromagnetic test requirements, a design of the aircraft in-seat power supply based on selected harmonic elimination pulse width modulation(SHE-PWM) technology is presented,which achieves the transform from 115 V/400 Hz to 110 V/60 Hz and satisfies the using demand of personal electronic devices.The test results show that the power supply is stable and reliable and the total harmonic distortion(THD) of the output waveform is 3.31%,which conforms the requirements of air power.
