本文简要介绍立体仓库的结构及功能,分析了立体仓库控制系统的总体结构,并重点阐述了控制系统的硬件配置、控制软件的开发过程及要点。最后对立体仓库远程监控功能的实现进行简要介绍。该立体仓库控制系统结构简单、可靠性高、易于扩展,实际运行良好。

The structure and function of AS/RS are introduced briefly in this paper. The configuration of the control system of AS/RS based on GE PAC system is analyzed. The paper puts the emphasis on hardware configuration of control system and process and method of control software development. Finally, the realization of the remote monitoring function briefly is described. The control system has advantages of simple, reliable, flexible and good for its functions.
