抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体的检测在诊断系统性红斑狼疮活动期的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)检测在诊断系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)活动期的临床意义。方法采用间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测158例SLE患者血清中ANCA、ANA、抗dsDNA。结果 158例患者血清中,40例检测出ANCA阳性,阳性率25.3%,其中39例为p-ANCA,1例为c-ANCA。结论 ANCA在SLE患者中有一定的阳性检出率,且与疾病的活动性有明显的关系。
