摘要
在锅炉给水处理工艺过程中,除氧是一个非常关键的环节。氧是造成给水系统和锅炉腐蚀的主要原因,给水中的氧气应当迅速得到清除,否则它会腐蚀锅炉的给水系统和部件,从而影响锅炉系统的正常运作,所以除氧器在热力发电厂中起到了很重要的作用。通过研究适用于除氧器控制系统的控制规律和控制算法,针对某发电厂的实际情况,提出了带有自调整因子的模糊控制算法,并使用单片机PIC18F252与AT89C52的开发系统在实验室中对系统进行了模拟实验。使用MATLAB软件对PID控制、带自调整因子模糊控制分别进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明,带自调整因子模糊控制能满足调节时间短、超调量小且稳态误差在(104±3)℃内的控制要求。
Deaerator is an essential link in the feed water system of boiler.The oxygen is the main reason for feed water system and boiler to erode,and must rapidly eliminate,otherwise it can erode the feed water system of boiler,thus influence the normal operation,therefore it plays a very vital role in the power plant.proposed the self-adjustive factor fuzzy control algorithm for one county power plant power plant,by research the control rule and the control algorithm,at the same time,used PIC18F252 and AT89C52 debugging system to carry out an experiment on control system.Simulations of PID control and With self-adjusting factor fuzzy control concerning their respective control quality are done by MATLAB 6.5.Moreover,the simulation results show that its robustness is good,because effective control makes the regulating time short,the overshoot and the steady-error very little.
