摘要
森吉米尔轧机是冷轧硅钢的重要设备,其结构复杂且具有多种辊形调整手段。通过利用CAE仿真技术对法国DMS和日本日立两种形式轧机的支撑辊进行仿真分析,研究可能限制AS-U调节量的因素,最终得到两种形式轧机的最大AS-U调节量,为现场板形调节的工作人员提供了理论指导。
Sendzimir mill is the important device in cold rolling silicon steel,which owns complicated structure and many methods of adjusting for the shape.Through the CAE simulation technology for backing assembly of mill,which contains DMS in France and Hitachi in Japan,it has studied probable factors for restricting regulated quantity of AS-U,and has gotten the biggest regulated quantity for two kinds of mill finally,which which bring theoretical guidance for staff who are working for adjusting shape.
