摘要
航空电连接器作为可靠性和质量要求极高的电子连接器件,其主要组成部件玻璃坯需具有很高的精度和质量,这需要对关键部件玻璃模具进行结构分析与设计计算来保证。在模具设计过程中,为判断其模具结构设计在装配中是否符合要求,采用ABAQUS软件对模具装配过程进行了有限元分析,得出了上模的上部分与上模固定板在过盈配合状态下的应力分布规律及接触面压力分布状况,找到了应力集中位置和大小,分析了模具设计的合理性,提高了设计的精度和可靠性。
As an electrical connection device demanding highest reliability and quality,aviation electrical connector requires its main component of glass billet to keep with high precision and quality,which need to be guaranteed with the key parts,that are made of glass mould structure analysis and design calculation.The fitting process of mould was anlysed based on ABAQUS in order to judge the rationality in the course of the mould design.The stress distribution law and the pressure distribution of contract surface were obtained with the interference fit of upper cavity and fixed plate.The point and value of the stress concentration were obtained and the rationality of the mould design was anlysed.and it has improved the finess and the reliability of the modol design.
