摘要
为生产满足粤IV标准的汽油,在汽油在线调和系统进行建模,发现实测的雷德蒸汽压和硫含量与理论值偏差较大。从调合组分性质和计算公式的选择入手分析引起偏差的主要因素,找出控制蒸汽压和硫含量的手段。目前这两项指标得到较好控制,大大提高粤IV汽油一次调合成功率。
In order to produce the Guangdong IV standard motor gasoline,new model was built in the system of gasoline online blending.During the model building,it was founded that the Reid vapor pressure and sulfur content tested by laboratory was far away from that calculated.Starting from the affecting factors for the Reid vapor pressure and sulfur content,the components blended as well as the calculation formula were discussed,respectively.Consequently,the two indicators were controlled well,the success rate of gasoline blending was improved substantially.
