Summary on the Running of the First Equipment of Methanating Coke Oven Gas into CNG in China

介绍了国内首套焦炉气甲烷化制天然气工业化装置的工艺原理。对加氢脱硫催化剂的硫化和甲烷化催化剂的还原运行情况进行了总结。运行结果表明该装置具有工艺简单、操作平稳、设备投资少、能耗低等特点。

The processing principle on the first industrial equipment of methanating coke oven gas into natural gas in China was introduced.The test-run data on the sulfuration of hydrodesulfurization catalyst and the reduction of methanation catalyst were summarized.The results showed that the equipment had advantages of facile processing procedures,steady operation,low capital investment and energy consumption.
