摘要
详细介绍了机械加工缺口法、低速冲击法、准静态挤压法和高速弹道冲击法等叶片外物损伤试验模拟方法的基本原理、优缺点及应用情况。分析表明:国内对叶片外物损伤的试验模拟研究存在不足,亟待开展空气炮法模拟外物损伤的试验技术研究。
The basic principle, advantages, disadvantages and application of the blade foreign object damage test simulation method such as notch machining method, low velocity impact method, quasistate indentation method, high speed trajectory impact method were introduced in detail. The analysis indicates that the test simulation on blade foreign object damage is not enough including light gas gun type and foreign object damage test simulation technology need to be developed immediately.
