摘要
以电脑绣花机刺布机构为研究对象,简要介绍其工作原理,着重对各机构进行运动分析。在研究电脑绣花机刺布机构结构问题时,创建了动力学仿真分析平台。基于机械系统仿真分析软件MSC.ADAMS的动力学分析原理,实现了对电脑绣花机刺布机构的动力学仿真分析,并对其结构进行了改进,为提高其性能提供了依据。通过对电脑绣花机刺布机构ADAMS动力学仿真分析,可以为该产品的改进设计提供理论指导,与传统的循环画图、加工、试验的设计方法相比较,虚拟样机设计可以有效缩短设计周期,节约设计经费。
It describes the working principle of computerized embroidery machinesin in biref, builds the dynamics analy- sis platform of tread taking- up mechanism. Based on the theory of dynamics analysis and MSC. ADAMS, it estab- lishes the tread taking- up mechanism structure model, shows the performance of this mechanism. The result provides the theoretical guidance to the improving the design of product, effectively shortens the design cycle, saves design funding compared with the traditional cycle of drawing and testing methods.
