摘要
针对高职院校《塑料模具设计与制造》课程教学中存在的学生学习积极性低、教材内容与企业需求脱节以及课程考核方式不合理的问题,根据"校企合作、工学结合"的人才培养模式,进行了多种教学方式相结合、引入工程项目教学、引入本专业先进的CAD/CAE/CAM软件教学、改变本课程考核方式等多个方面的改革研究和实践,从而提高了学生的自学能力、团队协作能力和工程实践能力。
In order to solve the problems of low study enthusiasm of students, contents of textbooks mismatch- ing the needs of industries, and unsuitable approaches of assessments in the course of "Design and manufacture of plastic mold", based on the cultivation model named "cooperation between school and enterprises, work in- tegrated learning", it proposes some improvement steps such as introduction of engineering project oriented teaching mode to reform the traditional, application of CAD/CAE/CAM software in teaching processes, and changing the old assessment methods which focus on the fundamental theories and examination results. This can improve significantly the students' ability of self-study, team cooperation, and engineering practice.
