5例肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病的多层螺旋CT图像特点

The multi-slice spiral CT images analysis of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis of 5 cases

目的探讨肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病(PLAM)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)图像特点,提高对该病的认识及诊断水平。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的PLAM患者的临床及影像资料。结果 5例患者均为女性,以进行性加重的呼吸困难为主要临床表现;典型影像表现:弥漫分布的薄壁囊状阴影、囊壁间肺组织大致正常,薄层重建图像可明确显示囊腔壁及与周围肺组织的关系。结论 PLAM的MSCT表现具有一定的特征性,并可以与相似影像特点的疾病进行鉴别诊断。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） images of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis （PLAM） so as to improve understanding and diagnosing the disease. Methods Retros- pective analysis of the clinical and imaging data from the 5 confirmed cases of PLAM were done. Results The 5 patients were all female, with progressive increase in dyspnea as the main clinical manifestations. The typical imaging findings were diffused thin-wall cystic shadow, while the pulmonary tissues between the cystic walls were normal. Thin-slice reconstruction clearly showed the relationship between cystic walls and surrounding pulmonary tissues. Conclusion PLAM has a certain characteristic of MSCT performance, and could be differentially diagnosed from other diseases which have similar imaging characteristics to the disease.
