心肾综合征的特点和临床分型进展被引量：2

摘要近年来心肾综合征（cardiorenal syndromes,CRS）倍受临床关注,传统CRS仅指慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure,CHF）引起的进行性肾功能损害、利尿剂抵抗和心脏容量负荷过重,最终导致CHF恶化的一系列病理变化,因此认为CRS是CHF发展到终末期的一种表现。
