核仁磷酸蛋白基因突变检测及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 随着基因组学的发展,对白血病分子遗传学及分子生物学的研究不断深入,发现急性髓细胞白血病(acute myelocytic leukemia,AML)中存在多种不同的基因突变和基因表达的改变,目前对核仁磷酸蛋白基因1(nucleophosminfamily,member 1,NPM1)研究较多,该基因突变与患者的临床表现和预后有很大的相关性,现作一综述。
