摘要
分析了近水平露天矿分区开采中全压帮、半压帮及全留沟内排方式的特点,并得出了在全压帮和半压帮内排条件下计算重复剥离量的公式。运用露天采矿学的基本原理,根据矿山内排端帮单双环运输的运距,建立了以留沟深度为基本变量的经济效益数学模型,推导出留沟深度的效益函数,使压帮内排的经济效益实现最大化。最后分析了影响最佳留沟深度的因素,得出对于近水平缓倾斜露天矿田内排,开采深度、坑底宽度和端帮边坡角对最佳留沟深度影响较大。
According to the characteristics of the horizontal partition of surface mine, this paper analyzes the characteristics of total dumping covering, half dumping covering and whole groove of the inner dumping mode, and the formula of re-Stripping volume was obtained on the condition of total dumping covering and half dumping covering. With the basic principle of the surface mining, and according to the single and double circuit transportation distance of the inner dumping, a mathematical model with the optimized economic benefit was set up based on the groove depth, deducing the benefit formula of groove depth to maximize the economic benefits of inner dumping. Finally,the factors influencing to the groove depth are analyzed, obtaining that the inner dumping covering height in the horizontal surface mine the mining depth, the width of the pit bottom and the terminal slope angle would have a great influence to the groove depth.
