摘要
攀钢密地选矿厂为了提高粗选作业的选别指标和单机处理量,应用T-GCTS1230型中磁场磁选机与生产中使用的CTS1030型磁选机进行了对比工业试验,结果表明:在给矿品位相近的情况下,试验系列比生产系列粗精矿品位提高1.11个百分点、粗选尾矿品位降低0.54百分点、粗选作业回收率提高0.92个百分点,单机处理量可满足130 t/h的要求。根据试验结果,T-GCTS1230型中磁场磁选机已经在密地选矿厂16个系列全面推广,据估算,其经济效益为1 077万元/a。
In order to improve the dressing index and single unit handling capacity of roughing in Pangang Midi concentration plant, in case of the similar ore grade, compared the T-GCTS1230 medium magnetic field intensity magnetic separator with the using CTS1030 magnetic separator of industrial test in single series. The results show that the concentrate grade of test series increased by 1.11%, the tailing grade reduced in 0.54%, the recovery of roughing choose increased by 0.92% and the single unit handling capacity can meet the requirement of 130 t/h. According to the test results, T- GCTS1230 medium magnetic field intensity magnetic separator has been used in Midi concentration plant of 16 series. It is estimated that the economic effectiveness is 1. 077 million yuan per year.
