摘要
目的探讨人体动脉血流动力学的特征。方法使用充气袖带式压力传感器及其测压系统,对10例正常志愿者(男7例,女3例,年龄19~24岁)进行了无创性肱动脉搏动压力检测。结果每一个心动周期的压力变化率(dP/dT)曲线包含4种波形成分,按出现顺序分别为Uw、Dw1、Dw2和Dw3,其中Uw为正向曲线,Dw1、Dw2和Dw3均为负向曲线。结论推动血液流动的动力可能不仅来源于心脏的泵作用,而且也来源于动脉血管平滑肌节律性地从近端向远端移行性收缩活动(migrating contraction of artery,MCA);本研究采用的检测血管动力的方法是有效和安全的。
0bjective To study the of the arterial dynamics in humans. Methods Ten healthy volunteer were undergone a non- invasive examination of pulse wave of upper arm artery with a manometric cuff. The dP/ dT graphs of the pulses were acquired under the different inflating pressure to the cuff. Results The dP/dT graph contains four wave components in order of Uw, Dwl, Dw2 and Dw3 within one pulse cycle, in which Uw is an upward wave and the remaining three were downward ones. Conclusion The powerdriving blood flowing in arteries may have two sources, the pump action of the heart and the migrating contractions of artery (MCA) in which the contraction of the smooth muscle may migrate from the proximal artery to the distal, and the method used in this study was effective and safe for the examination of arterial dynamics in humans.
