姜曲海猪FSHβ-亚基基因PCR-SSCP分析

Analyzing FSH β-Subunit Gene in JiangQuhai Pigs by PCR-SSCP

用 PCR- SSCP方法对 15 2头姜曲海猪的 FSHβ-亚基基因进行了分型。结果表明 ,FSHβ-亚基基因在姜曲海猪中有 AA、AB、BB三种基因型 ,其频率分别为 0 .2 89、0 .493和 0 .2 17;A基因频率为 0 .5 36 ,B基因频率为 0 .46 4。A、B基因频率方差及两基因频率协方差分别为 0 .0 0 1、0 .0 0 1和 - 0 .0 0 1。A基因频率的群体估计值的 95 %置信区间为 [0 .473,0 .5 99],B基因频率对应为 [0 .40 1,0 .5 2 7];基因杂合度为 0 .498。经检验 ,该座位处于哈迪 -温伯格平衡状态。

JiangQuhai pigs on the locus for FSH β subunit gene had genotyped by PCR SSCP.The results show that the flock of JiangQuhai pigs had AA、AB、BB three genotypes with the frequency of 0.289、0.493 and 0.217 respectively.A allele frequency was 0.536 and the other was 0.464.A allele frequency variance、B allele frequency and their covariance were 0.001、0.001 and -0.001,and the estimation of 95% confidence interval for their mass values were [0.473,0.599] and [0.401,0.527].Heterozygosity was 0.498.Locus balance testing showed significant fitness to Hardy Wenbarg balance.
