摘要
胜任素质模型为企业整合所有人力资源功能和服务提供了一种方法与工具。文章以广东新邦物流公司为背景,通过工作分析、调查问卷和行为事件访谈等方法与手段收集第一手资料,再根据问卷调查以及访谈内容的整理,运用统计的方法,根据营业部经理人员胜任素质,为其构建胜任素质模型。这个模型可以有效地为物流企业营业部经理的选拔以及后备人才的选拔提供参考依据。
Qualifies quality model is one of the most important methods to integrate human resources in enterprises.This article takes Guangdong Xinbang Logistic Company as the background,gathers first-hand material through work analysis,questionnaire investigation,and interviewing the events concerned.Then it sorts out the gathered materials,constructs qualified quality model according the requirements for a sales manager by means of surveying method.This thus established model is of reference value to the selection of sales managers for logistic companies and the selection of stored talents.
