论高原珍稀资源的转化与保护——以冬虫夏草资源开发为例

The Conversion and Protection of Precious Resources in Plateau: an Example in Exploitation of Dongchong and Xiacao

随着名贵滋补品消费的持续升温,珍稀资源供需矛盾日趋尖锐,如何进行珍稀资源的转化与保护成为协调和平衡高原生态效益与经济效益的焦点话题。文章以青藏高原珍稀资源冬虫夏草的开发利用为例,全面审视了从资源开采到资源市场化的诸多现实问题,并提出了针对珍稀资源管理工作的前瞻性对策建议,以实现青藏高原珍稀资源的可持续利用。

With the increasing popularity of the famous tonic in consumption,the contradiction between supply and demand of the precious resources is becoming fierce.How to convert and protect the precious resources has become a hot topic in the field of coordination and balance of the ecological effectiveness and the economic effectiveness.This paper examines some realistic issues about the exploitation and marketing of the resources,taking the exploitation of Dongchong and Xiacao in Qingzang Plateau as an example,putting forward some advices of managing the precious resources for the purpose of realization of the long sustainable exploitation of them.
