少数民族地区民事调解工作的开展受到经济、文化、习俗等诸多因素的制约与影响,以其固有的地方特色展现在司法工作者面前。文章结合四川彝族地区法院民事调解工作的特点及面临的困境,就少数民族地区法院如何有效地运用民事调解工作方法化解社会矛盾提出了建议。
