高职校企合作如何破解企业不积极的问题

The Solution to Bottleneck Problem for the Indifferent Attitude of Enterprises in College-enterprise Cooperation

高职院校在当前的教育教学改革中,校企合作是改革的关键。但在校企合作的过程中,往往遇到企业不积极参与这一瓶颈问题难以解决。通过对这一瓶颈问题探讨与成功案例的分析,得出了建立校企"利益共同体"这一破解校企合作瓶颈问题的初步办法。

College--enterprise cooperation is the key to deepen reform of education and teaching for vocational colleges. We often encounter the bottleneck problem in which enterprises do not actively participate during the process of school--enterprise cooperation. Through analyzing this bottleneck problem and studying successful cases,the author establishes a system of ＂community of interests＂ between school and enterprise to crack the probletm.
