摘要
分析我国动漫产业人才培养现状,结合广西本土实际,分别从政府政策支持、人才培养模式、结合民族特色,开拓特色作品等不同层面提出广西动漫人才的具体措施与发展对策,为广西动漫产业的发展提供决策支持。
In this paper,we analysed the status of cartoon industry talent cultivation in China. Acording the fact in Guangxi, we introduce countermeasure and development policy from the views of government supporting,cultivate mode ,national character integrateing and characteristic works exploiting. So that it can provide decision--making support for Guangxi cartoon industry.
