宁南山区生态移民后的生态旅游产业开发——以西吉县为例

Analysis of Ecological Tourism Development After the Ecological Emigration of Southern Mountain Area in Ningxia:A Case in Xiji County

20世纪90年代末期实施的生态移民工程,有效地改善了我国西部生态脆弱地区恶化的自然环境、缓解了紧张的人地关系,促进了经济、社会与环境的协调发展。在此背景下,合理开发西部地区丰富的旅游资源、发展生态旅游产业,既有利于生态移民成效的长久维持,也有利于当地经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高,是实现生态环境保护和经济可持续发展的最佳契合点。以宁夏南部山区生态移民的典型县——西吉县为例,在分析其生态移民成效及问题的基础上,结合旅游开发现状,探索西吉县生态旅游发展的对策,以期对将来的生态旅游建设有所启示。

Ecological emigration project, which has been increasingly subjected to the extensive concern of social public since the end of 1990＇s, has successfully improved the deteriorative zoology environment in. western China, reduced the conflict between human and land resource, and promoted the coordinated development of economy, society and eco-environment. Under this background, exploiting the tourism resources in such ecological fragile regions and developing their eco-tourism industry will not only help to maintain the effects of eco-emigration, but also speed up the economical development and raise people＇s living standards. For those reasons, ecological tourism becomes the link of the sustainable development of both the eco-environment and local economy. After reviewing the effects and problems of eeo-emigration in Xiji County, and based on its current situations of local tourism development, this paper proposed some appropriate ways and measures of developing eco-tourism in order to pay way for the further practice.
