摘要
目前,生态城市或低碳城市是北京城市发展中的重要的目标之一。然而,无论是政府的政策措施,还是学术界相关研究,主要关注物质层面的内容,对于精神层面的问题关注不足。故此,主要探讨了生态文化的培育问题。除了简要分析生态文化的概念及其在生态城市建设中的作用外,主要分析了培育首都生态文化的特殊性,以及目前北京生态文化培育中存在的主要问题及解决这些问题的推进思路。
At present, whether the measures government has taken, or academic research related to eco-city, focusing on material aspects for the eco-city, while paying little attention to spiritual dimensions. Therefore, this article mainly discusses the cultivation of ecological culture. In addition to a brief analysis of the concept of ecological culture and its role in eco-city construction, the paper mainly analyzes the specificity, the problems and challenge, and the solutions to cultivate the ecological culture in Beijing.
