摘要
在分析已有理论和研究结果的基础上,结合实验,对PTC(正温度系数)导电高分子材料领域一个重要的理论问题———高聚物的结晶结构与PTC特性之间的关系进行了论述,讨论了高聚物的物理性能和加工/后加工工艺对高分子PTC导电复合材料结晶行为及PTC特性的影响。认为结晶是影响聚合物/炭黑复合体系产生PTC效应的关键因素。
The relationship between crystalline structure and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) characteristics was studied in the view of theory and experiment. The effects of the physical properties and processing/post-processing of polymers on the crystalline behavior and PTC characteristics were discussed. The crystallization was a key factor effecting PTC characteristics existing in polymer/carbon black composite.
