骨组织生物反应器
摘要
随着组织工程学的迅猛发展,临床上对创伤和疾病导致骨缺损治疗的需求越来越多,组织工程学为现代医学组织替代治疗提供了可能。经典组织工程学的概念是将自体细胞放置在可降解的支架上进行三维组织细胞培养,然后进行移植治疗。然而,实际工作非常复杂,在体外组织培养中诸多因素影响和制约扩增具有功能的骨组织,这些因素决定和影响着组织工程移植治疗的成功与否。
