临床护理路径在重症肌无力患者健康教育中的应用

Application of clinical care pathway to the health education of patients with myasthenia gravis

目的:探讨临床护理路径在重症肌无力患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将90例重症肌无力患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,对照组给予传统健康教育,实验组按临床护理路径进行健康教育。比较两组患者疾病相关知识掌握情况及疾病复发率。结果:实验组疾病相关知识掌握情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用于重症肌无力患者健康教育中,可帮助患者更好地掌握健康知识,减少疾病复发。

Objective. To investigate the effect of clinical care pathway in the health education of patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods ：90 patients with myasthenia gravis were randomly divided into experimental and control groups {45 patients in each group）. The conventional health education was conducted in the control group and the health education was given to the patients according to clinical care pathway in the experimental group. The status of patient＇s grasp of the disease - related knowledge and the recurrence rate of the disease were compared between the two groups. Results：The difference in the comparison of the status of patient＇s grasp of the disease - related knowledge was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the recurrence rate of the disease was lower in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical care pathway applied to the health education of patients with myasthenia gravis can help them understand the knowledge of health better and reduce recurrence of the disease.
