河南省农用地集约利用水平的地区评价与探讨

Study on Intensive Utilization Levels of Regional Agricultural Land and Problems in Henan Province

以2007年统计数据作为基础,通过建立农用地集约利用水平的评价体系,探讨河南省农用地保护水平的地域差异.结果表明:河南省农用地集约利用水平的地区差异明显;东部平原区普遍高于西部山区;影响河南省各区域农用地集约利用水平的因子也是不同的.最后,分析了河南省各个区域农用地集约利用问题存在的主要原因并提出改善农用地集约利用水平的措施.

The intensive utilization of agricultural land resources especially high quality agricultural land resources is the inevitable requirement of rural development.Using statistical data in 2007 as the basic statistics,we analyzed the spatial difference of agricultural protection level,problems and influencing factors,and established Indicators for the studying.The results showed that regional differences of agricultural land intensive use level of Henan Province is very clear;the level of intensive utilization of agricultural land in eastern plain region was significantly higher than western mountain area;the problems and influence factors of 18 regions were very different from each other.Finally,the paper analyses reasons and gives some suggestions on agricultural land intensive utilization in Henan Province in future.
