宫颈上皮癌变过程中人端粒酶逆转录酶基因扩增与人乳头状瘤病毒的表达 被引量:7

摘要 宫颈癌作为威胁女性生命的恶性肿瘤,其发生和细胞异常凋亡与高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染密切相关。人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERC)基因的扩增可激活端粒酶活性而维持端粒长度,使细胞逃避凋亡而发生无限制增殖,进而发生癌变。HPV感染可致细胞DNA发生突变而致癌。我们分析了hTERC基因扩增和高危型HPV感染在宫颈上皮癌变过程中的意义及相关性,以期为临床早诊早治、监测病情和评估预后提供一定的科学依据。
