vonHippel-Lindau综合征并发附睾乳头状囊腺瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，47岁。2年前体检时发现双侧肾囊肿，因无不适未予重视，现因突发头晕伴行走不稳1个月余于2011年3月7日入院。头颅CT和MRI示：右侧小脑半球见一囊实性占位；双肾B超：右肾实质部稍高回声，考虑占位；CT示：
