伏立康唑和氟康唑早期经验性治疗真菌感染的疗效比较

Comparison between Voriconazole and Fluconazole as Earlier Empirical Antifungal Therapy in Emergency Department ICU

目的比较伏立康唑和氟康唑在早期经验性抗真菌治疗的疗效和安全性。方法对我院应用伏立康唑和氟康唑早期治疗具有真菌感染高危因素的48例患者进行分析。结果伏立康唑组和氟康唑组总有效率和不良反应发生率差异均无显著性。在控制发热方面,伏立康唑组明显优于氟康唑组,差异有统计学意义。结论伏立康唑和氟康唑均可作为急诊ICU患者早期经验性抗真菌治疗的一线用药,但伏立康唑效果更好。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of voriconazole and fluconazole as earlier empirical antifungal therapy in Emergency Department intensive care unit（EICU）. Methods In a randomized,controlled trial ,48 patients in Emergency Department ICU who all had the risk factors of systemic fongal infections were used voriconazole and Fluconazole as Earlier Empirical Antifuugal Therapy from Jan. 2010 to Sep. 2011 were analyzed. Results For voficonazole and fluconazole, there were no significant differences in the overall effective rates and the adverse reactions rates between two groups. But there were significant differences in the aspect of controll fever be- tween two groups, voriconazole group was superior to flucoazole group. Conclusion Voriconazole and fluconazole were effective and safe as the fist-line drugs in earlier empirical therapy in Emergency Department ICU. However, voriconazole appears better in efficacy.
