家兔初乳胃动素和胃泌素含量测定

Radioimmunoassay of Motilin and Gastrin in Colostrum of Rabbit

用放射免疫法测定家兔乳汁胃动素和胃泌素的含量。结果表明,初乳中胃动素和胃泌素含量(199.54ng/L,168.21ng/L)均极显著高于常乳(145.69ng/L,118.53ng/L)(P<0.001)。

The concentrations of motilin and gastrin were determined in colostrum of rabbit by RIA. Motilin and gastrin were found in colostrum and common milk. Concentrations of motilin(199.54±65.28ng/L) and gastrin (168.21±10.54ng/L) in colostrum were significantly higher than those in the common milk (145.69±31.84ng/L and 118.53±19.13ng/L)(P<0.001).
